Privacy Policy

How we handle your information when you connect with the ministry.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Holtzhausen Ministries teaches people their identity in Christ through the finished work of Jesus. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website, enquiries, online sessions and ministry activities.

Holtzhausen Ministries is operated by HOLTZHAUSEN MINISTRIES (ABN 599 293 099 42). For privacy requests, contact holtzhausenministries@hotmail.com or use our contact page.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and the information you include in an enquiry.
  • Registration, account and session participation details where those functions are offered.
  • Correspondence, support requests and preferences for communications.
  • Payment or support transaction records if you make a payment through this website.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers and pages visited.

Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiries. Religious beliefs, health details and some other information are sensitive information under Australian privacy law. We collect sensitive information only where reasonably necessary and with consent, or where permitted or required by law.

3. Collection and purposes

We generally collect information directly through forms, registration, correspondence or transactions. Website systems may collect technical information automatically, and relevant providers may supply transaction or account updates.

We use relevant information to respond to you, administer registrations and access to sessions, provide requested ministry resources, manage transactions, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You can browse without identifying yourself, and enquire anonymously where practical. Without necessary details, we may be unable to fulfil a request or provide account access.

4. Sharing and providers

We may share information with authorised personnel and providers assisting with website hosting, account access, communications, session delivery, payment processing and technical support. Squarespace hosts this website. Our additional providers are THE SANCTUM FUND.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information with consent, to relevant professional advisers or where required or authorised by law. We do not publish your testimony, identify you in promotional material or share your personal story without appropriate permission.

5. Overseas processing

Some service providers may process or store personal information outside Australia. The countries relevant to our current provider arrangements are AUSTRALIA.

Where Australian privacy law applies to an overseas disclosure, we take the steps required by that law. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your participation.

6. Cookies and messages

Cookies and similar technologies may support login, security, website preferences and, where enabled, analytics. Manage cookies through your browser and any cookie preference controls provided on the website. Disabling cookies may affect some functions.

You can unsubscribe from ministry updates using the link in a message or by contacting us. Necessary administrative or account messages may still be sent.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

Information is kept while reasonably needed for the purpose collected, recordkeeping, resolving disputes or legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.

8. Access, correction and complaints

Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity. If a lawful exception applies, we will explain the decision and available complaint options.

For a privacy complaint, describe the concern and your preferred outcome. We will acknowledge and investigate it and aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and keep you updated.

If dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to ask whether your complaint is within its jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The current version and updated date will be shown on this page, with further notice where required.
