Terms of Use

Clear expectations for using our website and ministry resources.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover use of the Holtzhausen Ministries website. The ministry is operated by HOLTZHAUSEN MINISTRIES (ABN 599 293 099 42). Contact holtzhausenministries@hotmail.com or use our contact page.

Separate conditions may apply to a course, event, booking, payment or other activity. Where they apply, they will be provided before you commit. These website terms do not create a paid subscription or authorise recurring charges.

2. Teaching and resources

Our teaching and resources focus on Christian faith, identity in Christ and the finished work of Jesus. They are provided for spiritual learning and general information.

They are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. Seek appropriate professional assistance where needed. Participation does not guarantee a particular personal outcome.

3. Responsible use

Use the website and resources lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

  • Access another person’s account or restricted information without permission.
  • Share login credentials or access rights where access is intended for an individual account.
  • Introduce malicious code, disrupt the website or attempt to bypass security.
  • Submit unlawful, abusive, knowingly false or infringing content.

Provide accurate registration details where required. If you supply another person’s information, ensure you have authority to do so. If you suspect account misuse, contact us promptly.

4. Content and intellectual property

Our teaching materials, videos, text, graphics, branding and website content belong to their owners or are used with permission. You may view resources and use permitted downloads for personal, non-commercial learning, retaining any copyright notices.

Reproduction, redistribution, public screening, modification or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law or expressly allowed for the resource. Contact us if you would like to use material in a church or group setting.

5. Registrations and paid activities

Where a session or resource is described as free, registration does not itself authorise a charge. If a paid activity is offered, its price, inclusions and relevant cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Any specific registration, eligibility, access or participation conditions will be provided for the relevant activity. Contact us before committing if a condition is unclear.

6. Financial support

If you choose to support the ministry financially, review the amount and purpose before completing the payment. Financial support does not purchase a product or service unless expressly stated. Any recurring payment option must disclose its frequency and cancellation arrangements before authorisation.

Do not assume that support payments are tax deductible. Treat a payment as deductible only where eligibility is expressly confirmed and the appropriate receipt is provided. These terms make no claim about registered charity or deductible gift recipient status.

Contact us promptly about an incorrect or unauthorised payment so we can investigate. Your rights under applicable law remain available.

7. Availability and external links

We aim to provide accurate information and accessible resources, but information may change and technical interruptions may occur. Contact us if you encounter an error or cannot access a resource.

External websites and services have their own content, terms and privacy practices. A link does not automatically indicate endorsement or a formal partnership. Updating website content does not change an existing paid agreement without a lawful basis.

8. Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, available remedies may include refund, cancellation, repair, replacement or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Any limitation in separate activity terms is subject to those rights.

9. Privacy and concerns

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in general enquiries.

For a concern about the website, teaching access or a transaction, contact us with the relevant details so we can investigate and respond.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these website terms prospectively. Changes will not retrospectively alter a booking, purchase or other existing agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia, without restricting mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
